The company designs, engineers, procures, installs, and maintains solar arrays with battery storage, and full microgrids. Our team of engineers, project managers, and field installers, includes NABCEP certified solar installation professionals, the gold standard in the solar industry. The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Four-Gen Holdings, Inc. which also operates Continental Electrical Construction Company. CES was IG's commercial launch customer for their own headquarter, and a great partnership started from there.

Convergence Energy (CE) is a Wisconsin-based solar + storage developer with expertise in design, engineering, construction, finance and administration, with deployments in government, commercial/industrial, residential and solar farms. Founded in 2008, Convergence is known for leading edge, industry-first projects. Examples include the 660kW solar farm in Delavan, WI, which when developed in 2009 was one of the first hybrid community solar farms in the United States. CE’s solar + storage developments include Abt Electronics, North Central College, Magid Glove & Safety, Gundersen Health Systems, and G&W Electric Company.

G&W Electric is a global manufacturer of custom power grid solutions, including switchgear, transmission cable accessories, and power grid automation solutions. G&W products are installed on all seven continents in overhead, underground, underwater and ground-level applications, supporting critical infrastructure such as the Panama Canal and the NASA Johnson Space Center.

G&W is currently constructing a state-of-the-art microgrid, enabled by the IG POWR:Suite, at its headquarters in Bolingbrook, Illinois.
