All customer data is stored in the United States, specifically in our primary Google Cloud Platform region (us-central1, Iowa). We do not transfer customer data outside the United States.

Website visitor data: Retained for up to 2 years or until you request deletion

Job applications: Retained for up to 1 year after your application

Customer operational data: Retained during your relationship with us and for at least 90 days after termination for dispute resolution and final reconciliation. Historical data may be retained indefinitely for revenue allocation, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.

When we no longer need information, we securely delete or anonymize it, except where we must retain it for legal or regulatory requirements.
