To solve this, DeLong collaborated with Intelligent Generation to deploy a fleet of storage systems across nine locations, ranging from 500kW to 1,500kW. By aggregating these sites into a single virtual power plant, DeLong can manage energy as a portfolio, saving money at each individual elevator while providing the local rural grid with much-needed stability during harvest season.
